We can install facial recognition-capable cameras, but we’re upfront about what that requires under BC law. BC’s Privacy Commissioner has already ruled that using facial recognition without explicit customer consent violates provincial privacy law (PIPA) a major retailer was found in breach of this exact rule in 2023. If you want this feature, we’ll walk you through the signage and consent requirements you need in place, not just install the hardware and leave you exposed.
Every technician joins with a minimum of two years of industry experience, then completes a two-month, in-house hands-on training program under our founder, Alan Bell a Red Seal Certified Locksmith and AAADM Certified Automation Inspector. We’re authorized dealers for ICT and HID, and our senior technician Arkadiy is a licensed FSR.

We brought in scissor lifts and heavy equipment to reach the work safely, and drilling through reinforced concrete meant the job took longer than a standard install. We finished it properly, not just quickly.
