- Non-standard situations– multiple locked doors, more than one lock, a high-security lock, a damaged door, or drilling/cutting/parts are priced after we diagnose it, and we always confirm the cost with you before doing any additional work

1. How much does it cost to copy a condo or building fob?
A standard fob copy is $45.00, with buy-two-get-one-free pricing. If you need several, our 5-fob and 10-fob packs bring the per-fob cost down significantly.
2. How long does it take?
Most standard fobs and remotes are copied in 1 to 5 minutes. High-frequency MIFARE fobs take about 10 minutes since they’re copied to a genuine, upgraded RFID chip, not a cheap clone.
3. What's a digital fob backup?
It’s an encrypted digital copy of your fob’s data, stored securely if you lose your physical fob later, we can produce a new one without you paying full replacement cost again. It’s $6.50 and covered by a lifetime warranty.
4. Do you copy high-security fobs like HID iClass?
Yes including iClass SE. Some high-security fobs are restricted at a system level, so we check compatibility before starting, rather than guess.
5. Are you authorized to work with these systems, or just experienced?
We’re authorized dealers for ICT and HID specifically, plus licensed to duplicate, create, and program fobs and access systems more broadly.
6. Do you do more than just copy fobs — like install access control for a whole building?
Yes. As an AK Security partner, we build building access systems from scratch wiring, access control installation, elevator and garage integration, intercoms, then programming, duplication, and ongoing maintenance.
7. Is there a warranty?
Most standard and bulk fob copies carry a lifetime warranty. Garage remotes carry a 1-year warranty.
