2. Do you do master key systems for commercial or multi-unit buildings?
Yes we design and maintain tiered master key systems for commercial properties and multi-unit buildings, working with the same strata and property management companies we serve for fobs and access systems.
3. What's the difference between rekey and lock change?
Rekey keeps your existing lock hardware but changes the internal pins, so old keys stop working. Lock change replaces the hardware entirely usually needed if the lock is damaged, outdated, or you want a different style.
4. I just moved in — should I rekey or change the locks?
Most people rekey, since it’s faster and keeps the same hardware. If the locks are old, damaged, or you want an upgrade, a lock change makes more sense we can advise once we see them.
5. Do you handle commercial storefront or patio door locks?
Yes glass storefront doors, patio doors, and pocket doors are all part of our regular lock repair and installation work, for both commercial and residential properties.
