Every technician joins our team with a minimum of two years of industry experience, then completes a two-month, in-house hands-on training program under our founder, Alan Bell supervised by a Red Seal Certified Locksmith. Programming a key fob or cutting a transponder key wrong can mean a trip back our technicians are trained to get it right the first time.

How fast can you get to me? In most of Richmond, Vancouver, Surrey, and Burnaby, our emergency locksmith response time is 15 to 30 minutes because our technicians live across the region, not just near one shop.

It depends on your vehicle a basic key cut costs less than programming a modern proximity fob. Tell us your make, model, and year and we’ll give you a real price before any work starts.
2. Is it cheaper than the dealership?
Yes, typically dealership key replacement usually costs more and requires an appointment. We’re generally cheaper, and if your car’s stuck, we come to you instead of requiring a tow.
3. Do you work on my car's make and model?
We work on nearly every make and model. The one exception is German vehicles BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW, and similar their key systems require proprietary dealer-level equipment. Rather than attempt it without the right
tools, we’re upfront that it’s outside what we currently offer.
4. Is there a warranty on car key or fob work?
yes every job comes with a 90-day warranty, and if something doesn’t work right, we fix it free.
5. Do you come to me, or do I need to visit the shop?
Both we’re a mobile car locksmith, coming to your vehicle wherever you are, or you can bring your car or key into our Richmond shop if that’s easier.
