Every technician joins our team with a minimum of two years of industry experience, then completes a two-month, in-house hands-on training program under our founder, Alan Bell supervised by a Red Seal Certified Locksmith. We’re also authorized dealers for ICT and HID, and partnered with AK Security for full access control builds.
Once you call, you’re done whether it’s a tenant lockout tonight or a full access control upgrade next month. We handle the appointments, we talk to your tenants, we manage the repair your part is approving the estimate.
For account clients, emergency calls get priority response — 15 to 30 minutes, same as our regular emergency service. Non-emergency but urgent requests are handled same day, and anything else scheduled by request.

The project took almost 2 years, and we’re proud of the construction, maintenance, and repair experience it gave us.
